Search Methodology

Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, and can be broadly categorized in three phases. The process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate.

Phase I

The focus of this phase is on understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure, culture and future growth plans. We also map position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details.

Phase II

We develop a Sourcing Strategy in this phase that draws up a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit. We utilize our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies. We shortlist from among the list most suitable candidates and after seeking approval from candidates we present their profiles to the client.

Dates for interviews of short listed candidates are finalized with the client and accordingly we line up candidates.

Phase III

TWe act as negotiators between the company and the selected candidates if for one or two non issues a good arrangement is slipping out of hand. More often than not we have been successful in negotiating on behalf of our clients.

We also have the database of those experienced people who belong to the town and are working in metros. These people wish to come back to the town. So we can provide you with the expertise team as well.
