Service fees & Service Tax

At Dnyan jyoti Our service fees to the company for Nashik location will be 4.33% of the annual cost to company offered to the candidate selected. And we will charge candidate 4.33% of the cost to the company as our consultancy charges. And apart from Nashik for any other city we will be charging 8.33% of the annual CTC to the company as our consultancy charges.

As per Government of India regulations, currently we do not fall under slab of GST. So no tax will be charged.

Payments

At Dnyan jyoti The invoice will be raised on the 30th day of joining of the selected candidate. All invoices are payable by the 45th day from the date of joining of the selected candidate. If TDS is deducted, we request that the certificate should be sent along with the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

Copy of offer letter issued to the selected candidate should be sent to Dnyanjyoti as soon as the candidate accepts the offer.

All profiles sent to client organization will remain the property of Dnyanjyoti and recruitment effected at any time after receipt

of the CV will be subject to service fees as above.

If Dnyanjyoti sends a CV, which is already available with the client organization, it will be informed to Dnyanjyoti within 2 days

from the receipt of the CV and the same returned to us immediately.

Dnyanjyoti will follow its standard documentation while sending CVs and if the client Organization requires any format as per

their needs; the same should be clearly specified.

Dnyanjyoti will provide free replacement with suitable candidate if the candidate recruited leaves before three months.

Replacement will be provided for same profile. Only replacement no refund.
